Anime/Manga

Ok now back to the blog. Anime and Manga are similar, not the same. Manga is a graphic novel or comic book. Anime is a movie or tv series based on a manga. The plots are similar,but some{or a lot} of things are different in the anime. Take Naruto for example. The anime differs very little from the manga. Fullmetal Alchemist however has a lot of changes and differs greatly from the manga,but the plot is the same. Also I guess I forgot to tell you FMA is also a movie. And it's not availible where I live! Noo! *Starts sobbing*

Fullmetal Alchemist

Ok ,since some people will not know exactly what Fullmetal Alchemist is....It's my job to tell you! Fullmetal Alchemist is an anime , manga and video game. Ok I'll give you the manga sumary,"Alchemy:the mystical power to alter the natural world;something between magic,art,science. When two brothers ,Edward and Alphonse Elric,dabbled in this power to grant their dearest wish,one of them lost his arm and a leg....and the other became nothing but a soul locked into a body of living steel. Now Edward is an agent of the government,a slave to the millitary-achlemical complex,using his unique powers to obey orders...even to kill.Except his powers aren't unique. The world has been ravaged by the abuse of alchemy.And in pursuit of the ultimate achlemical , the Philosopher's stone,their enemies are more ruthless than they are.....", Well there's the sumary.....now you know. Next come the spoilers!

Writer's Block

I look at the water, The ideas washing away, Reaching out, Trying not to let them slip away, I watch as they run, Down the lane, Alerady fading from memory. --------------------------------------- Yup, this tells me one thing.......I HAVE WRITERS BLOCK! Noooooooooooooo! The last time I had writers block was in 2000,and I didn't get out of it until 2005! Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! *Sobs*

Rain

Falling down in droves, Washing away, Flooding the streets, By the fading light, Chilling the air, Darkening the sky, Dissappearing, Unto the new day. ------------- Ok, that did not make any sense. Oh well, that was my first poem on here, what can you expect.

Tainted

Series:FMA Warnings:some spoilers ----------------------------- White,he saw it everywhere haunted his dreams,tormented him when he was awake...... Which is why when Al wanted to paint their room white he refused. When he mentioned this to anyone they laughed and told him he was silly,and that white was an innocent color. That was the reason he hated it. It was the color of innocence,of purity, something he could never have again. He lost that long ago when he and his brother performed the forbidden art of human transmutation. But strangely his brother hadn't wondered if it was because his brother tried to stop him... He hated the meaning of the color, but he wore it because the only gloves that would fit him were white. When he told this to his brother, he just told him he was being silly and asked him if they could get a cat . Mustang asked him once why he hated milk, he told him it was because it was white. Mustang didn't laugh and merely asked him to explain. So he had told him, Mustang merely nodded and accepted his reason. He guessed that he could understand ,after he was tainted too.

Broken

Rizembol (sp?) “Come on Ed! Let me look at it!” Winry yelled. “No!”Ed yelled taking the watch from her. Winry frowned, swung her wrench and knocked Ed out. “Never say no to me” She grinned and took the watch away. ----- Central 5 days later “Mustang! Can I have the blueprints for the State Alchemist’s watch please?” Ed screamed bursting into Fuhrer Mustang’s office, pulling out the pocket watch and setting it on the desk. Mustang looked up with a frown on his face “Fullmetal” he growled “do you know what time it is?” Ed blinked “Sorry, It’s just that Winry tinkered with my watch and broke it.” “Why did you let her?” Ed grimaced “She took it by force.” “Oh” -------- “So, can I have them?” “Why didn’t you let her fix it?” “I don’t trust her” Ed said flatly. Mustang looked thoughtful “Why?” “Because She’s the ‘it’s not your fault type’.” Mustang blinked “What do you mean Fullmetal?” Ed sighed “She doesn’t understand what I went through. Oh sure she understands the loosing your parents part, but not the other parts.” “Did you tell Al this?” “No” Mustang looked startled “Why not?” “He’d just say Ni-san it’s not your fault” ----- Ed looked at him contemplating “You know…”he said slowly “you’re the only one who’s ever come close to understanding.” “Really?” Mustang looked interested “Yeah…” Ed looked at him fully meeting his obsidian eyes “that’s probably why I didn’t trust you at first, but now I understand you a bit better and well…..”Ed paused and grabbed Mustang’s hands “I trust you” he whispered gripping his hands tightly. Mustang looked at him long and hard “Edward…?”He said softly “Yeah?” “I think I’m truly seeing you for the first time.” Ed nodded “Me too” He grinned “You know” he said looking at the watch “if a broken watch has this kind of result ...”he picked it up “then it’s better if it stays broken.” He slipped it in to his pocket and walked out of the office. -------- Mustang stared after him ‘Maybe broken watches aren’t bad after all.’ He pulled out his own watch and stared at it. ‘Not today….but soon.’ End
